PNB Europe London total incompetence - so whats new SNAFU !
Had a distressing phone call from my honey this morning, stating that all the funds we had transferred from PNB Europe London (Queen Victoria Street Branch) cannot be accessed because the bank in the provinces has not got a specimen signature on file.
We had transferred a large amount of funds that we needed to pay off certain bills, this had been planned for 6 months.
Can you imagine how I felt when I found out, that PNB London had not informed their branch in the provinces of the specimen signature.
SNAFU !
