Ok Ecxy, I didn't realise that Gary had been living out of the UK for more than 5 years, but he is still a British passport holder, so this shouldn't affect the procedure for the CNI? I think its a good idea to follow the advice of the British Embassy in HK.
Anyone else have a view on this?
