Best to get though to card security i spoke to one of the credit cards security departments who actually do the montioring they were far more helpful than the idiots in customer service.
Natwests local branch customer service over the phone gave me some very incorrect and potentially costly incorrect advice when a card of my was cloned. The investigation report after i made a serious complaint said they were not trained to deal with such matters reading between the lines. The fact they compenstated me for this mistake out of court seem to show that it was one hell of a mistake.
