i think i remember reading dom if the evidence is from the uk, photocopies maybe accepted,but i think that would depend on what the evidence is,, headed bank statments and pay slips maybe be fine, but not so sure about something as important as a letter from your landlord or uncertified copies of your passport
maybe worth giving the embassy a call, rather than taking a chance
