hello frances and i need your help once again please.theres a form called sponsorship undertaking .i only found it last night ,i did not send it with my papers to frances what do i do now do i scan it here and email it to her ,or will she be able to fill it out and sighn it on my behalf,hope you can help us as appointment is on the 28 april.regards phillip
