    Question Spouse Visa for UK

    Hi! I am a filipino national married to a british woman. Having us both working at sea for several years I am returning to Manila soon to process my spouse visa. Has anyone any experience & success at applying? We understand the british embassy can be quite tough and so we are looking for any advice! Many thanks Cesar & Julie

    http://www.british-filipino.com/ is a site that one of the member/moderator (ginapeterb) of this board created which contains information you are looking for. Of course the british embassy webpage http://www.britishembassy.gov.uk/ser...=1025869670765 and the VFS page http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/ (it seems to be broken today though) also contains the necessary forms and checklist needed.

    i myself is here to learn more about spouse visa.
    newiz, just follow what sis gadget says read more threads and visit the links she gave u and will find answers. you will learn more for sure. if u would like to ask just ask many people here been through that stage will help yah
