It depends i have had british local numbers show up ( i also know another mate had this happen to him, when his gf rang him not sure what phone service she was using). We presume due to the phone company using a voip system and then routed though a british line.
The actual number of the mobile phone has also appeared (Globe).
Not so sure with landlines via say PLDT
