what is the difference between FLR and ILR?
in which category i should fall? my husband is a Dutchman and i have a 5-year residence permit for Germany and now we live in the UK...i want to stay longer in the UK (Belfast)
any generous advice out there?
flr further leave to remain and ilr indefinte leave to remain.
Further means your allowed to stay for a set time longer while the indefinte allows you to stay for as long as you like.
I think you may find the visa you require is different what visa are you on at the present?
I guess eea family permit?
I know doms wife Jet is here on one and Dom mentioned the rules are slighty different.
Maybe Dom (aromuls can help)
Her husband is Dutch and not from N.Ireland so would not think that they could apply for Family Permit!!
