if it was about applying for a visa as a dependent of a work permit holder, have you got evidence that you've both lived together for 2 years as a unmarried partner ???

Hi Joebloggs!

We checked Visas under dependent of a work visa it could be:
a. dependent of a work permit-unmarried partner (and documents guidance requires evidence of cohabitation with no specified lenght of time, and other evidence of commitment to each other)

B. Dependent of workers with limited leave to remain in the UK. ( which we are both not so sure what this one means)

Definitely..i will recommend you to throw your question to those 'matured' citizen here in the forum hahah..what i mean are those long enough here in the forum that somehow gone through the same process as you were now and managed to conquered it with high flying colors...

take note that i have a high regards and admiration to those that i called 'matured' citizen here in the forum...ok....

that.. Im afraid would be right! But hey, maturity doesnt come with age, it comes with experience, and with that I agree with you Lavender! So calling all matured ( experienced wise ) members, please do share your precious advices.
