Depends how you feel about it, I make it if you live in the Philis you have a 1 in 2000 chance of contracting it each year and if you do a 99% chance of surviving I suspect youngsters the already sick or malnourished and the elderly make up a high percentage of the mortality's.
Personally it doesn't make me worry
