yeah it depends on where you get married, i myself with my husband don't required any seminar as well we just got married this month .the person incharge whose issuing us a marriage license is a friend of ours, i asked him if we have to attend to, and he said there is suppose to but since its closely related so they won't let me having those. I don't know if that would be the reason why we havent undergone any seminar or just maybe because it won't need really.
every places has its own rules to follow...so whether have or not......no choice than to go with it. good luck anyway
