It took place in an office at the Municipalite - between the police station and the post office.
The attendant 'Family Planning Officer' was a direct relation of Miss Trunchbull - only bigger!
She talked about wombs and uteri - periods and feminine hygiene. Never mentioned willies once!!! I was most disappointed.
Anyroad, I must have smiled in the correct way because she 'allowed' our marriage to take place. Yes, that last statement is true!!!
