If you want my advice, as I met my wife in Singapore, I'd get your g/f to see if she can extend her contract 12 months, it just makes the visa process soooooooooooo much easier, as the British Embassy in Singapore, are so helpful. We had no problems, nor did anyone else we know who came from there.
If she does go back, then only option worth trying is a fiancee visa.
You seem to say you want it now'ish.....you don't. technology means you are never out of touch, and you will need to visit he in the Phil, and get plenty of proof of your visit to keep the embassy happy. Do that first, then plan the next step.
