hi!
i'm a dual citizen and my foreigner husband wants to apply for a non-quota visa, does this mean that if he avails one he will eventually become a permanent resident in the philippines? and what about if he sojourns abroad, will he have some sorts of travel limitations? what travel documents does he have to acquire for returnig back to the philippines following a temporary sojourn? and can he travel in and out of the philippines on his own even without me?
