has anyone been to Tagaytay Zoo, i went about 6years ago, i was how some of the animals there were suffering, there was a bear in a small cage, it was pacing back and forwards all the time

the cages the tigers were in were so small, i don't think they could stand in them

left me really sad how people could treat animals that way
