The CFO is nothing to do with the British Embassy or UK immigration: it will not be looked for on entry to the UK. It is a requirement of the Philippines government that all nationals going to live overseas submit to the CFO process, and on completion, you will receive an "exit stamp" in your passport that will allow you to leave Phil for the UK.

the SMEF-COW (St Mary&#39;s Euphrasia Foundation - Centre for overseas Workers, conducts the guidance and counselling for spouses of foreign nationals on behalf of the DFA.

The DFA issues the emigrant number to the emigrant.

The Filipino Spouse will not be allowed to leave the Philippines without it.
