    Hi Tomm,
We used Interparcel when we sent my daughters visa application to the British Embassy in Manila and I booked it online. I had already checked the prices of most of the couriers online and Interparcel were much cheaper than DHL, but guess what, when the courier called to collect the package it was a man in a DHL uniform in a DHL van that came to collect it.

I also managed to track it online on the DHL website and it arrived at the British Embassy in about 36 hours.
    Cheers,

    Cheers,
Looks much cheaper for DHL than dealing with DHL direct Thanks for this info.

I gather you just put everything in a envelope and print out the label... what sort of envelope is best to use for a4 documents?

Just put it all in a large strong A4 envelope and then address it if you want to, but when they come to collect it, they will put that envelope inside one of their DHL envelopes and address it again, but at least it makes it easier for them to address it correctly.
    Cheers,
    Iain.

Ok... for anyone that's interested... booked DHL through Interparcel as IainBusby's advice. Price was less than half quoted on DHL and Fedex websites. Sure enough, very polite and helpful man from DHL turned up to collect it this morning right on time. Last time I checked, it was at DHL's East Midlands facility.
