    Hope you guys don't mind but I would like to ask for some advice.

    I will be going to live with my guy in the philippines i know i can get a visitors visa that I can renew. For this visa I know I need to have a bank account in Cebu. What I would like to know is if there is a marriage visa that I could apply for instead as we have been talking about marriage and the Philippines will be our permanent home. If there is such a visa will I need the bank account for this one as well.
