[/b][/quote]I would think that trying to explain something irregular to an ECO is not a good approach? Far preferable to have everything in order before you encounter an ECO...
I'm still trying to get my head round your history... What sort of visa did you enter the UK on and what sort of visa do you have at the moment? You lived with your future husband from 2002 and then married in October 2004... both events in the UK? But your passport expired in March 2003? Didn't you have to show your passport as part of the marriage application? Is it possible to marry with an out-of-date passport [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/Erm.gif[/img]
Then you applied for "LTR" in February 2005: is that ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain)? But the application was not rejected till March 2006? Or should that Feb/Mar be both in the same year? And can you say on what grounds the application was refused?
I'm just trying to get a clear picture of where you're coming from and where you're going!
