Her son is still studying high school in the province, His mom is trying to gather info. She has no PC and don't know how to use it. I can research about his son thru forum and embassy website too but I want to tell her accurately as she is sometimes sensitive and I feel she changed when she arrived UK. Her husband made promises before that he will bring his stepson, thats why he applied 2 bedroom council house. At first, the wife wants his husband to adopt the child and use her husband surname. well i think he has a better chance if he shows he is dependant on them by being at college etc..
