when my wife applied for a spouse visa, she started phoning them after about 8wks, asking how the apps were progressing, and when she got nowhere, i started emailing the embassy, after a few weeks of getting replies from different people each time or no reply ,as they had gone on holiday or a course etc, i started to get,
so i complained to the managers of the embassy explaining what was going on, and the problems i was having with the embassy staff. i got a forwarded email from one manager (an english guy) to another manager (another english guy) , saying i was having some problems, and could he help out, within hours my wife got a call from the embassy to pick the passports up
they have no right to mess people around
