    Sorry.. if asked before

Hi all, sorry if this has been dealt with before, but does anyone know where I can obtain an English/Tagalog learning computer disk? I would love to learn the language but I'm not seeming to have much luck on the Internet finding one...thanks for any info...it's a bit unfair my lady having to speak English all the time..(I think she speaks versayan? also)

    Hey Jackmac452

Try the Rosetta Stone Tagalog Level 1 and 2 CD. I think Amazon may sell it alternatively try the Rosetta stone website.

I have it but owing to the fact that my copy may not be an original one I have had some issues getting the right code to operate it.

    My wife also speaks B(V)isayan.

Thanks joebloggs...hmm I don't mind being a naughty boy...in fact..torrents..good. by the way Piamed.. my future missus comes from Limasawa. where the first Catholic man came ashore a few hundred years ago...she comes from near there. There's a big statue..thats all she told me about it, but she seems very keen on the subject.. and also Mrs.Daddy..her English is limited but we understand each other, I just want our baby to be able to speak both English and Tagalog (with a bit of Mandarin thrown in)

My local grocers shop in London is owned by Turks and traditionally stocks all manner of ethnic produce. I was surprised to go there recently and find 50% of the signs written in Polish and shelves of Tyskie and others! Go figure that!

We don't have a bus from here to the wet market in Philippines everyday, so it isn't so easy. Essex must have a better bus service than Warwickshire

I have found Tagalog discs, phrase books, dictionaries etc., but nothing Visayan. (unless you want a yank CD to tell you how to say stick your hands up, surrender, or can i park my tank there!)

Hahaha..Nisa said today "Don't bother to learn Tagalog, just watch the tapes of Wowowee and Lobo and The Singing Bee I sent you" I always thought UK Tv was .... but this lot beats it all ends up (except Wowowee..I like it when people with nothing hardly, get a chance to win something...makes me feel good when I watch....)
