Thats what i have heard that things down there become less senstive. Which is why some prefer it off and others not i would have thought.
So if you have no staying powder start chopping

i can't imagine that many men who have had the chop were old enough at the time to have done a before and after comparison!

Just from what i been told by jewish lads and asian lads in particular.

but like you say they must have been old for their age in some cases
