hi i really love my girlfriend and want here in uk, she married with 2 kids, but we r think ofannulment and her hubby has agreed o sign, is it expensive she has qote £3200, and could take 2 or 3 years, if we did this then say apply for fiancee visa, and was to marry here, is that the best way to try for her to be here?

    Hi bttrwrth,

wow 3200 pounds?. If that's my annulment price probably uptoby this time im still married to my #$@#$#@ ex. That is absolutely expensive! Glad it just cost me 2000 pounds only and took only 7 months and not 2-3 years!

yeah, if she needs psychologist, that is the right price, 2000 pounds. I could ask my lawyer to even give you some discount or consideration with regards to payment terms. Beware of scammers with annulment. Some would be only after your money. My lawyer helped already a lot of filipina who has foreign boyfriends. Just drop me a message or add me to yahoo. It would be better if ew can chat. You better do it soon while im still in the Philippines. Hoping to join my husband in 1-2months time. Well hoping to find a good favor from the ECO who will handle my visa app.

visa and flights for next couple of years will cost you that..

i've already spent nearly £3,000 on visas in the last few years for the misses and kids..

    never mind flights

    fiancee visa £500+
flight to uk, £400+ 1 oneway for her.
    uk wedding £££££
    FLR after 6 months, £400+ ?
ILR + life in uk test £800
year after that citizenship if you apply for it £650

nearly £3,000 in the next 3+ years..

hi. i don't know anything about annulement but 2 of my friends (a filipina holding a work permit) had been to that processed. I guess they're just lucky to find a good lawyer. They spend their hard earned money for it that's the only problem on dealing on annulement. But the two of them only takes less than a year. I guess annulment is only hard for those who has a property to settle etc and if the ex's has a motives IMO.

One of them really spend £3000 actually and the other one only £1000 (that's 2006). But after they've been into that process for less than a year their husband is with them now here in UK.

Good luck to you and your fiancee.

Plus courier costs, costs of travel to submit applications, etc. it all adds up!
Be responsible with little so that you can be trusted with much!!

hi jhing welcome to the forum. I know its really hard to get an annulment in the Phils (money and waiting time). Mentally Incapacitated is the main grounds and I don't understand that terms to be honest. But for sure you and you BF will get a good advice from the members of this forum through their own experienced. I know that people paid £3000 like a friend of mine bec her lawyer demand additional payment when the case is almost finish that time. Some lawyers are a bit cheeky when they know a person is so desparate and willing to pay and he knows that my friend is earning a £..IMO.

Good luck. All you need is long patient and loads of prayers.

This relationship is doomed to lots of heartache, and will take forever to sort out, providing you have deep pockets and lots of staying power, it might work out, chances are, it wont !

Its not impossible, but my advice is to find a single young Filipina to court, believe me, there are hundreds of thousands of them.

Hi, if ur gf will go for annulment dont tell the lawyer that she is marrying a foriegner after the process done, coz they will charge much especially if they knew that theres a foriegner financer.

I have a friend in Davao city that got her annulment one month only whcih her lawyer she got filed it in cotabato city. she spent 50,000 pesos only plus little expenses on papers or docs..it reach almost 70,000pesos..thats the cheapest i knew.. some lawyers in davao asking between 100,000pesos the most 150,000pesos.It wl take 3 to 6 mos...Just a little suggestion, dont give whole amount first, usually lawyer wil accept deposit only.If u hv the money already just try to keep it urself and send little by little, pls not all to avoid regrets.

Dont forget she should speak to a few lawyers to see the what the consensus is between them.

Experts sometime shave differing views on the same case in any matter.Best to check just in case..
