this business of me waiting 3 months for stepdaughters visa.

do you know how the embassy calculate the 3 months,

ie, 27th march to 27th june = 3months or

27th march to 19th june 12 weeks , 4 weeks to the month

i think i am getting desperate now thinking like this arggghhh give me some whisky ngyon

3 months has always been around 90 days I believe. However it will say on the visa site something along the lines of "average 3 months" or "try to do it in 3 months".

yes, it can be longer than 3 months, i think about 90% of settlement visas are processed in that time.

email them, if you do not get a reply then contact your mp,

really making a child wait,,

my stepson got his visa in a couple of weeks.
