is it a god idea to go ahead with anulment then try for fiance visa in uk

hi all, my gf in phils, we r starting anulment to her marriage, her x has agreed to sign, we know it may be expensive and take time, the next question is, if anulment a success we want to apply for say a fiancee visa and get married in uk so she can b here with me permanent, is this a good way to go about on getting her here in the uk with me, as we both want her to be here

might be worth looking into her doing an nvq course in the uk,
    move in with her,
and i'm not sure if its possible that she could switch froma student visa to a unmarried partner visa
