    Strict daily calory limit

I decided at the beginning of the year to limit my daily calory allowance to 1800 calories per day.

Working well so far, today I will be enjoying my 1800 calories for the 15 September 2009.

1800 sounds reasonable. I too have been trying this (but I REALLY need to, I am sure you do not!). Its surprisingly easy if I avoid biscuits!

The biggest problem is counting calories if I go out to eat - almost impossible?

I also allow myself extra calories if I exercise a lot.
