i think the whole student visa/nvq thing must be close to, if it doesn't break immigration rules, working a 40hr week, claiming only 20 is actually work and 20hrs is 'training', if you 'work' 40 hrs aweek, paid or unpaid its still work
working more than 20hrs a week term time, on a student visa, if caught will get you a ban from the uk
