im new here and just arrived Uk, wonder if who can help me coz i cant view anyones profile, i supposed to send them private messge to their profile but i cannot get into it, i mean it says my profile is restricted or it says needs activation or the modirator needs activation..

yeah, but when and how can i activate it, i did activate it already and in fact thats why i can send some new thread already......i can view before in my other account which was i cancelled coz it was december and cant open it again so i made another one and this is it....
