Ive had a search on Google does any one know if hand held electroshock stunners are legal in the Fills

They are in Germany and most of the US not in the UK

What happens if there is a brown out or even worse a black out when you need it

Maybe legal or at least not ilegal for a phill to use i have no idea but this may change if a european uses one
