We've noticed a distinct lack of qualified Filipino Interpreters in the North of England.

maybe becuase there is not much demand ?
and the philippines is the 5th largest english speaking country in the world
also i would just ask the misses, but i cannot think of one reason why i would need a qualified filipino interpreter
