After searching for some photoshops around central London i finally found one that meet the Phillipine embassy machine readable guidelines.You can now go to idphotoshop located in Charing cross underground shopping arcade, northernline exits,Strands London.They are officially recommended by the Phillippine embassy and are less than 5 minutes walk away.It only cost you £4.95 and the photos takes approx. 2 minutes to process.
