Do what our niece & UK hubby have done....bought a plantation, coconuts I think, as you get 3 lots a year for income. They just bought a house to go with it for 1Mill Pesos, not bad. Think the plantation cost about £10,000 but it's also a very good investment, and you pay others to do the work.
