As far as I am aware, it is only the British embassy that is moving.

All visa applications will still be processed through VFS services at the address you have.

On my application, we addressed it to British Embassy Manila.Its only VFS received it.

Same here...we addressed the Sponsorship, Invitation & Cover Letter all to the British Embassy.
