Been to lawyer myself before and Thought its not a good option coz they just charge you a lot and the lawyer himself said there is no 100 percent guarantee that I could have a visa so it will be just a waste of money.all you have to do is read spouse visa requirements here and you`re making a good guidance for yourself. majority of the couple here did the same thing.goodluckOriginally Posted by socool007
