You'll need a Schengen visa from the French Embassy, assuming you hold a Filipino passport. If you have a British passport, you don't need anything.

Iain, how much does it cost from the French? I hear that the Italian and Spanish Schengen visas are cheaper for some reason and they are faster at processing! If you have any schengen visa from any EU participating country, you can travel anywhere that needs a Schengen Visa in the EU. Please double check on the website.
