I am going to submit my application within this month, a lil bit confuse here on what way i can put it all in one? Do i have to put it in simple plastic bag, or in an expandable folder or in any by means please let me know...how u guys done yours? I just want to be more specific to avoid conflict later on.... got so many emails n chat logs but i get so tired of printing it all off were i do have bundles of and possibly could be the reason of having too much ...for almost 3yrs of having that kind of communication its being expected that i got a lots of...is that okay if i do have to submit few just choose a lil bit among of those...?..any maximum pages u think is best ?

ive read here that some used a brown envelope that you can buy on every store here.
as for chat logs and emails some say that they only pick a few to submit but as mostly here they say the more the better.
since you got loads of em i suggest to just print a few good emails and chat logs which you think will help in proving genuine relationship.

You don't have to place all your documents in a very posh expandable folder because when you go submit them in VAC they will ask you to remove them anyway. The VAC agen will just place everything in brown envelope or large clear plastic envelope and the envelopes with rubber bands. The most important thing is you arrange your documents in the order indicated in checklist. Separate the originals from photocopies.

have 2 folders/envelope for photocopies and originals.

when i submit my application,i thought UKVAC will like if i put my documents in each folders but wrong.They will ask you to show ur docu , and they will seperate them from xerox to original.I bring my chatlogs from Year 2007 only that because when my laptop went wrong , it need to reformat so 2006 logs been deleted....

Like Jencha said , pick only few conversation , i think they will check how long u chat to each other...same as emails and other docu...hey dont forget ur picture together

just arrange the documents according to the checklist coz the UKVAk office will place your docs in their own brown envelope and plastic envelope ... lucky if you won't pass thru the fat lady coz she's kinda "not so friendly" or "suplada"

hehe I know who is that fat lady, when i lodge my visa saw that fat lady shouting to one applicant. she really has a loud voice and embarrased the guy.

We lost our 2005 chat trascripts for exactly the same reason.

I've never figured out why people reformat drives. Never had to do it once in over 20 years of using computers.....and at least backup the data first

Totally right. Unfortunately, I knew very little about PCs (as opposed to Macs) back then and that is what I was advised at the time. In fact an IT guy did it for me.
