ive read here that some used a brown envelope that you can buy on every store here.
as for chat logs and emails some say that they only pick a few to submit but as mostly here they say the more the better.
since you got loads of em i suggest to just print a few good emails and chat logs which you think will help in proving genuine relationship.

You don't have to place all your documents in a very posh expandable folder because when you go submit them in VAC they will ask you to remove them anyway. The VAC agen will just place everything in brown envelope or large clear plastic envelope and the envelopes with rubber bands. The most important thing is you arrange your documents in the order indicated in checklist. Separate the originals from photocopies.

have 2 folders/envelope for photocopies and originals.
