Got my interview with the registrar on Friday, I'm guessing by the time I get it after the 21 days I might as well jsut take it with me

I'd definitely recommend that you take it with you. Processing at the UK embassy takes only about 30 mins, and doesn't need an appointment. I've had couriered papers take 3 weeks to reach me in Phils - it's not worth the risk!
