Hello everybody, I am sorting documents for fiancee visa application, I would like to ask if it's necessary to submit my fiance's son Birth Certificate:Erm: even if he is 24 years old and already have a good full time job :Help1:

in the uk if your over 18, your no longer classed as a minor, could be still dependent on your hubby, but no, should be no need to, their an adult now

Hello joebloggs, I will apply fiance visa soon ,i would like to ask advices regarding birth certificate of my fiance's kids. They are still young below 18 years old. Do you think I need their birth certificate in my application? thank you in advance and any reply is really appreciated.

No need to include that in your application.

Hi Pat, when I apply for my visa the children of my hubby are still minor but we dont bother to include their birth certificate in my application.

Thanks for the response charlwill. I am waiting for other documents from my fiance before I lodge my application. We try to complete all by January.
