UK can decide which prisoners vote, says European Court

Bit of a no brainer if you ask me. Sentenced to a custodial sentence means you lose your rights including the right to vote.

The answers simples. Give them the vote, give them voting cards - but they aren't allowed postal votes, and must attend the polling station in person ;)
No changes to the usual rules of course about where they should be at any one day

The ECHR needs telling to take a run and jump, and an end be brought about to this ridiculous out-sourcing of our Justice system to a bunch of foreigners.
