Hurray to common sense an absolute disgrace this brave man was jailed in the first place, surely his medical condition through brain injury should of been considered I find now that his lawyers will have a field day exonerating him from even this 12 month suspended sentence through this guys amnesia watch this space...

I understand what your saying Joe but I am glad he is free. Just hope he doesnt go beserk now.
