89 wpm! Though that's at an unsustainable speed - Over the longer term I'd probably average 70-80. That said, these speeds are only achieved when using my American-style laptop keyboard. (i.e. one with a large-size left-hand shift key) - UK-style keyboards with small-size left-hand shift keys really slow me down for capitalising stuff, as my pinky doesn't reach far enough to the left to be able to easily strike it whilst typing! :biggrin:

According to Wiki a professional typist types between 50 and 80 words per minute but some can go as fast as 120.
