I can understand a bit..

In general, the conversation is about how lucky the lady is as the said David is very kind, treating the lady like a princess... and that David said that she can have a buzzer so when she needs anything when she's in the UK all she needs to do is press it.

I'm not from Bicol but I can understand the context of the slang/text like conversation of the script..

They are obviously just having a fun chat.

Welcome to the forum!

Thanks wow.. love to hear more on this. My google translation came up with a whole other more sinister translation.. something about washing clolthes in the condo, penetration issues and moving to the UK to work... so far purple, your translation is sounding promising..

Thanks to you and Michael, look forward to your wifes interpretation.

Never jump to conclusions, at a guess you've seen a dialogue on her facebook or other site. Do you really think she's that daft that she would be rude about you where you could find out what she's saying. I think Purple is right and she's chatting with her friend and saying how nice you are :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Yea I definitely feel foolish now, the translation sites really sent me down the wrong road.

:nono-1-1: ... no need to feel foolish or embarrassed. :NoNo:

And whoever you are ... :please: be assured you've done the right thing in putting the conversation on here for translation - even if only for the sake of setting your mind at rest!

:welcomex: !

Google is absolutely hopeless for Tagalog translation, particularly when 'textspeak'
is being used, as in those messages...even moreso for dialects (my ex wife is a Bicolana, and I understand some of their dialect).

It just creates misundertandings and paranoia..as you've discovered.

The only way to get an accurate translation is to have someone from her province translate it for you, IMHO.

'q' means ako, incidentally. Mo often becomes Mu, and so on, in 'text speak'.
