It is indeed alot of money to get your love ones here in UK and I dont think its fair to the husbands to shoulder all the expense, the ladies should take the initiative to get a job once they are here in UK and share the responsibilities. Btw...citizenship/oath taking are free for group ceremonies however if you want a private one they charge £60.

as with me & my husband, we have joint account... all our salaries are in 1 bank and all outgoings are taken from the same account...
not only it builds confidence but build trust as well...

The reason I have enumerated them coz hehe, i do all our accounting jobs
Plus it helps to see the figures properly, helps us to save more for the future...
