Moderator Status is earned I don't know how... I think you should prove yourself that you are worthy to be one(?)
As far as I know, no Lady-Moderators yet (except for Ping, wife of Win2Win).

Mods are appointed only by Keith, not earned. We did have a female mod (not sure what became of her) and Ping is only a member.
