Yes I agree to you Bhing my one of my kababayan here and a school mate as well who applied NVQ was refused, but he's still gratefull coz when the time he realised it was taking slow he applied in different agency which is going to Canada(work permit) he was accepted and his papers is in process, so he said God is so GoodOriginally Posted by vbkelly
btw he received the result after 17 weeks and the reason of refusal were lack of financial evidences and supporting papers
