I just want to clarify were we can exchange version for the CNI of smith that he will be bringing from the UK..............were in manila is it the embassy or in the vfs@axa building were i applied for a visa b4r?

or if in the embassy in manila is it the british embassy being there in manila? or philippine embassy alone....? ...
