    Based on what you've disclosed here, Ross, it doesn't appear that the court case will be likely to affect your friend's application. Best for her not to withold the information, though. I was in receipt of Guaranteed Pension Credit at the time my wife applied for HER visa last January, and had worried myself sick that, as her sponsor, the fact that I was getting this allowance might have an adverse effect on her chances of obtaining a visa. So much so, I'd even considered omitting it altogether. In the event [acting on the advice given to me by fellow members of this very forum] I included it and, to my relief, the visa was granted at the end of February ... WITHOUT the need for either my wife or myself to be interviewed.

    exactly best to mention as if you with hold it could be counted agaisnt you.

    sorry but dint get it..in other way was it needed or best not to mention in her application that she got case on court? would be possible embassy can know or can research u had that one filled in court..?
