Help with Filipino Ring Size Conversion

Hi Guys.

I really hope someone can help me I want to buy an engagement ring to take to my Filipino girlfriend in August so don't have a great deal of time. She is a Filipino size 6 what I need is ideally the equivalent UK size or maybe the US size.

Can anybody help me please

Send her a ring sizer. I got a little variable plastic ring with the UK sizes on it, and popped it in the mail. This one below is an American one. but you get the idea
